ProjectsAcharnon ResidencesAn imposing structure, designed by the architect Charilaos Kythreotis, is located at a quiet cul-de-sac in Akropoli. The main architectural characteristic of the building is the interlocking of structures and materials. Each apartment is unique with respect to size, directionality, verandas and views: The six apartments and three maisonettes (three 2-bedroom, three 3-bedroom apartments, two 2-floor and one 3-floor maisonettes) are spread on three floors allowing unobstructed views to the adjacent green area as well as the surrounding grounds. The objective of this project was to provide a “turn-key solution” with fully equipped apartments that included not only all kitchen and air-conditioning appliances but also a state-of-the-art Home Automation System.
