Pericleous Commercial Centre

A commercial building designed by the team of Kythreotis Architects, is located on Pericleous Avenue in Acropolis. The structure consists of two buildings that are joined together by a superimposing metal shell. The open space on the ground floor between the two buildings serves as both the entrance to the upper floors but also as a quiet green area protected from the busy street. At the same time this open space aims at unifying the grounds to their neighboring public green area and the adjacent residential building, thus creating the sense of a larger community. The building will offer 800 square meters of commercial space (and 400 square meters of mezzanine space) on the ground floor with large windows facing the street ideal for shops, banks, bakeries, etc. On the first and second floors 940 square meters of office space and four two-bedroom apartments will be available.
