Salaminos Residences

A residential building situated on a quiet street in Kaimakli, just a short walk from Frederick University and only a few minutes away from the center of Nicosia.The building was designed by Charis Gregoriou of Economou Architects and Civil Engineers.

The four-floor structure features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments: on the first three floors there are two apartments on the east side of the building, one one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment whereas on the top floor there are only two apartments, a three-bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom apartment each featuring large north-facing verandas.

The exterior of the building is characterized by the “cut-outs” in its outer shell that shield the verandas and windows of the apartments from direct sunlight and provide privacy to the tenants.
