Total Solutions

Having worked on projects both as the developer and the equity investor we feel we have a solid understanding of the investor's mindset and as such we can provide strategic and commercial input to an outside investor wishing to invest in a real estate project. That said, early in 2009 we decided to broaden our scope of services by allowing investors to come in and co-invest with us in selected projects and by providing the full range of project management services to investors who do not have the time nor the expertise to manage a real estate project.

With that in mind we have launched Total Solutions, a joint venture between Gabe Developers and one of the leading architectural practices in Cyprus, Kythreotis Architects. Total Solutions aims to simplify real estate projects by providing a single point of contact for the client that wishes to invest in real estate.

Total Solutions capitalizes on the extensive network of Gabe Developers and Kythreotis Architects of best-in-breed real estate, construction industry and finance professionals that can be brought in on per-needed basis depending on the project.
